I’ve worked as a personal trainer for more than 10 years and in this time I have had the privilege of helping a multitude of people become pain free, stronger and unlock the best version of themselves. 

As a professional arm wrestler, I know firsthand what it means to push through injuries and setbacks. My passion for fitness goes beyond competition — it’s about cultivating healthy habits, optimizing movement, and striving for progress, both physically and mentally.

I get it. I’ve been there. I’ve struggled with stagnation. I was working out and eating healthy for years, yet my body stayed the same despite “doing everything right”. Everything changed when I realized the power of small consistent habits. 

Now, I specialize in helping two types of clients:
