WHY ME

My approach to Personal Training is the combination of 13 years experience, more than 1 thousand hours of training time with clients, continuous extensive research, and collaboration with the leading experts in related science fields. I am focused on reaching the goals and aspirations of each and every valued client.

After working with hundreds of clients with mobility issues, orthopedic prosthesis,  with absolute beginners and also professionals, I’ve seen how important the mindset is in training. 

My goal is to help connect my clients’ physical bodies to their mental bodies, promote positive mental health, build healthy habits and help reach goals faster through systemized training and conscious movement.

I am here to help you build healthy habits and dicipline and get you to your results smarter and faster. I also specialize in injury rehabilitation, helping clients return to training after an injury or surgery.
