6 Week Fitness Program is an online coaching service with 1:1 fitness coaching and group coaching.
The combination of personal training, group coaching, nutritional assessments, habit tracking and programming makes this program unique.
I will help you look and feel in the best shape of your life mentally and physically.
WHY ME
I specialize in working with aspiring people looking to improve their physical and mental fitness.
I have assisted hundreds of clients in various goals, whether it be weight loss, strength training or improving posture or having less anxiety. I’m here to bridge the gap between mental health and exercise.
I’m here to make you stronger, more powerful and confident. Don’t be apprehensive about getting in touch.
ABOUT THE PROCESS
I deliver our 1:1 personalized programming through an online training portal, you will have access to a training app where you’ll be provided with your workouts and direct communication.
I will deliver weekly group coaching calls and biweekly personal check in calls through a video call.
As fitness workouts will be personalized, you tell me what equipment is available to you, and we customize a plan to suit. Whether it be gym workouts, at home/outdoors or just bodyweight.
HOW WE'LL BE WORKING TOGETHER
The process starts with a strategy call with me where we run through your situation and identify your goals.
From there we are able to dig deeper into what has and hasn’t worked for you previously and what challenges you have faced which have prevented you from achieving your goals.
If I’m a good fit to genuinely assist you, I will then deliver access to your app containing your customized training, day to day communication and accountability. Setting yourself up for your best chance at success.
