Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between Online Coaching Program and Personal Training?
Online Coaching Program is 100% online located internationally. Your training program will be delivered online and we’ll communicate via text and video calls.
Personal Trainings are available in Tallinn, Estonia in Golden Club.
In personal training sessions, I work with clients who have mobility issues and provide injury rehabilitation. For my online program, I’m looking for people who want to build structure in their fitness journey. If you’re an online client located in Tallinn, we can also arrange personal training sessions at the gym.
What is your refund policy?
- Online Program
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase of the Online Program within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, without providing any reason. In such a case, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid.
After the expiry of the 14 day withdrawal period, cancellation requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of the Service Provider.
If the Service Provider accepts a cancellation request submitted after the 14 day period, the Client shall be entitled to a partial refund calculated proportionally to the unused portion of the Online Program. - Personal Training Sessions
The Client may cancel a booked Personal Training session by notifying the Service Provider at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time. In such a case, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the fee paid for that session.
If a Personal Training session is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, the fee paid for the session shall be non-refundable.
How does 1:1 Personal Training work?
First, schedule a call with me HERE. Before our first meeting we’ll get to know each other better, I’ll see what’s your current situation, we set goals and see if we’re a right fit. On the first meeting we start working toward your goals right away.
How does Online Personal Training Program work?
The 3 month Program consists of a personalized workout plan, biweekly personalized check-in calls, weekly check ins and daily communication through a fitness app. No zoom workouts, no spreadsheets. My program is personalized and 1:1. During the 3 month period we get to adjust everything you need to achieve your goals.
What equipment will I need?
When you’re someone who’s training at a gym, you’ll need access to the gym. When you’re someone who prefers home/outdoor workouts, let me know what you have and I’ll work around that.
What technology is required for Online Program?
Smartphone with internet access
How long are online coaching calls?
60 min max.
Biweekly check ins calls take place via video call. Weekly check ins via text. I’m also available via text during the 3 month period.
What if I’m not ready?
When will you ready? Tomorrow? If you need to change something then right now is the perfect time.
How do I start?
Start by scheduling a call with me. Let’s chat for 30 minutes and get to know each other. I promise that by the end of the call you are going to be motivated to take action towards your goals either with me or without.
