About me

My mission is to empower people with knowledge and personalised services so they can build mind-body connection and improve their mental health through physical training.

I put a huge emphasis on mindset. Being an athlete and 8x champion in arm wrestling, I know that everything starts with how we show up for ourselves. You cannot become strong if you don’t believe in becoming strong. 

I help strong people become even stronger – mentally and physically. Physical and mental health are connected and I help you to build mind-body connection.

I’m going to teach you how to feel empowered and unbeatable through strong body, posture and mind.
