WHY ME

My approach to Personal Training is the combination of 10 years experience, more than 1 thousand hours of training time with clients, continuous extensive research, and collaboration with the leading experts in related science fields. I am focused on reaching the goals and aspirations of each and every valued client.

After working with hundreds of clients with mobility issues, orthopedic prosthesis,  with absolute beginners and also professionals, I’ve seen how important the mindset is in training. 

My goal is to help connect my clients’ physical bodies to their mental bodies, promote positive mental health, build healthy habits and help reach goals faster through systemized training and conscious movement.

        … or with your spouse. Whether you want to share the happiness with someone else or use this time to connect with your training partner  – working out with a partner is a great way to spend time together and get fit together. More people = more motivation = faster results

        WHY FOCUS ON MENTAL WELLNESS?

        A third of the population suffers from poor mental health. Exercise is the best tool to promote positive mental health yet in a recent study only 4% of personal trainers said they would feel comfortable offering mental health advice. 90% of people don’t think about their mental wellness. 

        I want to develop an understanding of the client’s mind, their way of thinking and whether they are in fact struggling mentally. Gyms can be an extremely intimidating place for the average gym goer, so it is no surprise that many people don’t enjoy going to the gym. If someone suffers from general anxiety disorder, depression or body dysmorphia, this makes the chances of them taking part in exercise become less and less.
